We are open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
From Thursday to Saturday we open our Rooftop Bar from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
On Sundays, we are open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Camilo Puyo, chef and owner of Vanguardia in Pasto, has transformed the local culinary scene with his innovative approach that combines regional ingredients with global techniques. With his restaurant, he seeks to create a meeting space where ingredients are maximized and waste is minimized, working directly with more than 200 farming families in Nariño. At Vanguardia, diners can enjoy the “Memories” tasting menu, which offers a unique culinary experience with dishes that evoke places and flavors, complemented by an outstanding selection of cocktails with local ingredients. In addition to its focus on food, Puyo promotes values of respect and fairness in its restaurant, creating an environment where the work behind each preparation is valued and the connection with memory and sensations is celebrated.
